      I received two very interesting emails from my ISP over the past two days.

      Email 1:

      Subject: Thank you for choosing TELUS

      Thank you for subscribing to TELUS for . We are confident it will enhance your Internet experience.
      Your user name is : xxxxxxx
      For more information, please visit http://www.telus.net/welcome/.html

      Thank you for choosing TELUS for additional Internet service.

      Email 2:

      Subject: Correction Notice

      You just recently received an automated e-mail message from us
      with a subject line reading “Thank you for choosing TELUS”.

      This e-mail was sent in error due to a technical malfunction.
      Please disregard this notice.

      Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.



      Yes – ooops, sorry for makiing you feel welcome and wanted. It won’t happen again.
