Harder in poorer countries since alot of the talented people got their start breaking into places and actually stealing from them. With a few exceptions, most security folks in the US started as Network Admins trying to deflect break ins and fraud.

If I hear of anything coming from your area I will send you an e-mail anyway, since you probably will know the internet cafe they are sitting at.

reminds me that I have to start making a database of ip addy’s of internet cafes near high kidnapping areas. I have a cunning plan (maybe) that I got the idea for when RYP was grabbed in Columbia.
