I am not sure about the Islamist insurgency in Libya..There could be one since he is more of a Nasserite than an Islamist..

BUT

He always has photo-ops of himself praying in the desert in a tent. But with the Algerian wackos nearby I suppose an Islamist insurgency is possible.
