When I first tasted and smelled one I was revolted, but as time has gone on I find it less and less noxious. My friend too when I first introduces her to just the odor was in denial that people actually ingested them. Most recently when smelling a durian based product (It looked like a salami) said smelling and tasting it "That's not so bad."
