I had received the Typhoid and Cholera 'immunizations', and yet contracted both (being VERY careful about what I ate/drank, mind you), and so i decided that pumping my body full of medications 'in case', wasn't my cup 'o tea. If I got malaria, I'd have to take meds, anyways. Cholera and Typhoid weren't thrilling, but not that bad, and I just wished I hadn't gotten the vaccines for them. I don't know if I'll ever take anti-malarial medication again. Not worth it, in my opinion...
