Interesting stuff--do you think there's any hope for Chad? Or for that matter, the non-white African continent altogether? Should the G-8, UN, and IMF simply seek to get as much of its money as they can before the continent consumes itself in civil warfare, or is there a glimmer of hope that any "whitey"--whether rich Parisian or American Marine--can make a difference?
